Before joining, we recommend that you come to some pool sessions and then one or two trial sessions on the Thames. You will need to become a provisional member of the club before joining us on the Thames.

Follow these steps to join us: 1. As a newcomer to the Club first come along to our weekly pool session. If you are a beginner you will be taught basic safety drills and rescues. Normally 3 sessions is sufficient for you to become competent. If you have prior kayaking experience this will be quicker.2. After completing the safety drills go to our Membership system to provisionally join the Club. You are allowed one month and two Thames sessions with the Club before payment is due. 3. After joining the club, you will receive invitations to paddling with us on our Saturday morning and Thursday evening Thames trips. 4. Once you are used to paddling on the Thames, progress to paddling on white water rivers, sea kayaking and surfing. | Join us via our ONLINE SYSTEM Club membership and benefits Membership is £50.00 per calendar year and includes:

We welcome everyone interested in kayaking to the Club. However we do not loan out our Club kayaks to non-members for reasons of safety, responsibility and insurance. Kayaks for organised Club trips always take priority over individual use. |
